Shipping policy
At Lovette Heritage, every product is made with care in small, fresh batches here in Hawke’s Bay, NZ. We aim to dispatch your parcel with the same love and attention that goes into every bottle.
Shipping Within New Zealand
- Standard Shipping is $8 NZD
- Rural Shipping is $12-14 NZD (North & South Is.)
- Free shipping on all orders over $130 NZD
- All orders are shipped via tracked courier.

Please allow 2–4 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Rural addresses may take an additional 1–2 days.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- During peak periods (new launches, holidays, or restocks), processing may take an extra day.
- You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way.
International Shipping
At this time, we are shipping within New Zealand only.
We hope to expand internationally soon, stay tuned by joining our newsletter.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at connect@lovetteheritage.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll look after you, your experience matters deeply to us.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it for you.

Pre-Orders
If an item is purchased as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be noted on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together unless arranged otherwise.
